Rich, clean and meaty, this brings the savoury complexity of a duck fat-washed spirit to any cocktail in seconds.

Part of the water-soluble Fat Wash range from Fee Brothers, it replaces hours of infusing, freezing and straining with a few dashes from the bottle. It blends in without oiliness or separation, rounding the palate and adding a velvety texture and long finish. Gluten-free, with a three-year shelf life from manufacture.

Fee Brothers recommend three dashes per drink, and suggest it in an Old Fashioned or a Boulevardier. Simon Difford's Fat Duck Old Fashioned pairs it with añejo tequila, mezcal and Tennessee whiskey. Shake well before use.
