Nutty, toasty and gently sweet, with the aroma of butter still warm from the pan.

One of three water-soluble Fat Washes from Fee Brothers, it gives the richness of a browned butter fat wash without the hours of infusing, freezing and straining. A few dashes mix straight in to a cocktail, with no oiliness or separation, adding a velvety mouthfeel. Expect buttery, nutty notes and a long, slightly salty finish where butterscotch emerges. Gluten-free, with a three-year shelf life from manufacture.

Fee Brothers recommend three dashes per drink and suggest it in an Old Fashioned or a Daiquiri. Shake well before use.
