Shipping policy

Most Difford's Shop orders are delivered by DPD or APC, who will send you tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 

Print items are made to order and despatched by our print partner. They will send tracking information to you.

Liquid items are delivered only to UK Mainland destinations.

We offer free delivery as standard on orders over £99 that are being shipped to a Mainland UK address (excluding Scottish Highlands). Our collection of art prints is excluded from our free delivery offer - this is because they are printed on demand by an external partner and are shipped separately from other items in our shop. 

With our standard delivery service you can expect to receive your items within 2 - 5 working days of placing your order.

We offer next working day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 pm Monday to Friday. This service is available for Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands). Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays.

If it's more convenient, please collect your order from us directly. We are based in East Sussex and our address is The Clocktower, Sherbourne Valley, Hastings Road, Rye (just outside the village of Northiam), TN31 6HY.

Delivery charges to international destinations depend on the destination country; prices are shown during checkout. We ship only our book and Easy Jigger to international locations.

Tax & duties: UK sales tax (VAT) is included in sales to the UK. It is not included in sales to any other country but please be aware that, in these countries, you will be liable for payment of any tax &/or import duty applied by your own government/state.

All orders must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted your items may be retained by the driver. When your items arrive, it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your items have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and immediately contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.
