Fee Brothers, the Rochester flavour house founded in 1863, launched its water-soluble Fat Washes in June 2026. Traditional fat washing means infusing a spirit with fat, freezing it and straining it off, a job that takes hours. This does the same work in the glass: it mixes straight in without oiliness or separation, adding smoked umami flavour and a velvety mouthfeel. Gluten-free, with a three-year shelf life from manufacture.
