Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao

Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao is the result of Alexandre Gabriel's use of an old recipe, with slight modifications. Along with the traditional ingredients of Curaçao and sweet oranges, this curaçao also incorporates a blend of vanilla, prunes, and lemon peel, as called for in the original recipe.

Taste guide: zesty orange, vanilla, rosewater-like floral flavours, delicate cinnamon and black pepper spice

How to serve: a staple cocktail ingredient in many classic and well known cocktails, including the Martinez, Mai Tai, and we also use it in our range of Summer Fruit Cups...delicious!
