Olmeca Altos Plata tequila

Made from 100% agave, this blanco tequila is bottled without aging and is derived from agave roasted in traditional Mampostería' masonry ovens. It is a blend of two distillates: one crushed in a modern roller mill and the other with agave fibers crushed using a traditional tahona millstone.
