A complex modern floral liqueur created by the bartender Monica Berg, flavoured with jasmine, neroli, patchouli, yuzu and iris. Intensely floral, showing jasmine, yuzu and iris over a bitter-orange oil and a faint minty freshness, with a long floral finish. Its signature serve is a highball with champagne.
