La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Supérieure

The "Supérieure" version of La Fée, launched in 2013 to a more delicate, complex recipe than the original. La Fée was the first traditional absinthe commercially made in France after the 1915 ban was lifted, distilled with grand wormwood and traditional herbs alongside the French Absinthe Museum. Showing aniseed and liquorice over fennel and coriander, clean and fresh. Serve four to six parts iced water to one, over sugar; the 20cl bottle has a built-in pop-up pourer.
