Hepple Gin 70cl

A fresh, pine-driven gin distilled in the hills of Northumberland using both green and ripe juniper, Douglas fir from the Hepple estate, Amalfi lemon and blackcurrant leaf, and combining pot-still distillation with CO2 and vacuum extraction to capture its bright aromas. Showing woody, piney juniper over black pepper, camphor and zesty lemon. Restrained and classic despite the clever method; excellent in a G&T or Martini.
