Henri Bardouin Grand Cru Pastis is made with a complex blend of 48 herbs and spices such as star anise, artemisia, centaury, melegueta pepper, cardamom, black and white pepper, tonka bean, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Each ingredient is carefully and separately infused in neutral alcohol over three months to capture their full aromatic and flavour profiles. Following this, the components are expertly blended for an additional month before the spirit is diluted and prepared for bottling.

Taste guide: aniseed, lemon zest, liquorice, mint and a touch of camomile

How to serve: with chilled water as an aperitif - one part pastis to six parts water. It also pairs well with seafood, vegetables and spicy dishes.
