Difford's Saline Solution

A few drops of saline solution rounds a cocktail out, softening bitterness and lifting flavour the way a pinch of salt does in cooking. Ours is made simply from Maldon sea salt and spring water, filtered and hand-labelled, with a dropper in the cap. Two to four drops is plenty.
