Difford's Bokers Bitters, by Bob's Bitters

Boker's Bitters were one of the most widely used cocktail bitters of the 19th century, appearing in some of the earliest recorded cocktail recipes before the brand disappeared around 1900.

Simon Difford worked with Bob's Bitters, one of Britain's most respected small-batch bitters producers, to develop this modern interpretation, drawing on historical research into the original recipe.

The result is a rich and complex with a distinctive finish that works particularly well in spirit-forward cocktails. Try it in place of an aromatic bitters such as Angostura for something noticeably different, or use it in any recipe that calls for Boker's by name.
