Merlet Coperies Single Malt Whisky – French Whisky with Fruity Elegance

Merlet & Fils launched Coperies, their inaugural single malt whisky, in 2021. Made at a distillery renowned for producing liqueurs, aperitifs, and cognacs and situated in the Charentes region, this whisky is distilled exclusively from French barley and matured in a combination of new and old French oak casks.

It has notes of apple, pear, and vanilla with a smooth, malty finish. Matured in oak barrels, it balances gentle sweetness with a hint of spice — a standout choice for whisky enthusiasts seeking something unique.
