Cinque Gin

A small-batch London Dry gin, inspired by the ancient Cinque Port of Rye, and a liquid love letter to this East Sussex town. Founded in 2025 by a long term resident, the bottle features the view from the London bound platform at Rye station. 

The signature botanicals,connecting it to this ancient Port town, are  a warm crackle of pink peppercorn (think shipwrecks and Tudor timber), a soft hedgerow sweetness from honeysuckle and a bright, beach-fresh citrus note from sea buckthorn berries, all built on a juniper base with four other base botanicals. 

Pour it long over ice with a good tonic and a twist, or in a Negroni or a Dry Martini. It makes a fine souvenir of the Sussex coast, too.
