An absolutely classic Picpoul just made for quaffing with a plate of shellfish, this wine is crisp, fresh and dry with a salty minerality on the elegant finish.

Cave de l'Ormarine's vineyards lie at approximately 40 metres above sea level, overlooking  the famous lagoon Étang de Thau and slope down towards it, lapping up all that Mediterranean sunshine, though cooled by the Mistral winds which race down the Rhône valley.

Taste guide: delicately perfumed with white flower aromas and flavours of ripe melon and pear drops, with a saline finish.
