Boompjes Old Dutch Genever

An oude-style genever with 20% maltwine made from rye, malt and corn. The maltwine is quadruple times distilled at the distillery and aged for 3 years in American oak barrels. Blended with an infusion or mandarin peels and juniper berries.

Taste guide: dry, piney juniper, clove spiced oak and mellowing vanilla.

How to serve: in cocktails, or neat at room temperature, or on-the-rocks as an aperitif
