Adria Vini Da Vero Biologico Catarratto

Made for drinking on hot summer days, this thirst-quenching wine sings with citrus for a tangy finish. 100% Catarratto grapes give this wine crisp acidity with good concentration.

Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero. Da Vero Catarratto grapes are grown in high altitude vineyards (around 500m) in north west Sicily, which were converted to organic viticulture in 2005.

Taste guide: delicate floral and fennel aromas give way to grapefruit, lemomn and peachy notes on the palate.
