Jameson Black Barrel is a premium Irish whiskey made from a blend of triple-distilled pot still and grain whiskeys, selected from small batches and matured in a combination of casks. A key part of its character comes from double-charred ex-bourbon barrels, which intensify flavour and give the whiskey its richer, more complex profile compared to standard Jameson.

The influence of these heavily charred casks brings a distinctive flavour profile, with aromas of butterscotch, fudge and creamy toffee, followed by nutty notes, vanilla sweetness and gentle spice on the palate.

Richer and more characterful than a typical blended Irish whiskey, it works well neat or on the rocks, while also standing up in spirit-forward cocktails such as an Old Fashioned.
