A traditional sparkling wine from the heart of the Loire Valley.
Grapes, carefully handpicked and chosen, undergo vinification in stainless steel tanks before bottling, following the Traditional Method. The wine matures on its lees for 12 months and is finished with a dosage of 7 g/L.
Taste guide: fine creamy bubbles with baked peaches, clementine, peach yoghurt and a touch of hazelnut and almond. Crisp, clean with a touch of green apple tartness.
