A cult pineapple rum from Planteray, made by steeping ripe Victoria pineapples in the Original Dark rum for three months, blending that with a distillate of pineapple rind infused in 3 Star rum, then resting three months in oak. Rich and caramelised, showing real pineapple depth and a note of warm spice. Superb in a tiki drink, and good enough to sip.
