An old-vine Cinsault rosé with a touch of Mourvèdre from False Bay, mostly Stellenbosch and Swartland fruit. Hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, wild-yeast fermented and rested on the lees for at least three months for freshness and complexity.
Subtle and delicate, showing summer fruits over a clean, savoury, dry finish.
Made for Mediterranean dishes, garlic prawns, or chilled on its own.
