A classic Soave from Montresor, made from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grown on the Soave hills. Hand-picked, gently pressed and aged a few months on the lees, without malolactic, to keep it fresh.
Crisp and refreshing, showing fresh, lightly fruity flavours with floral notes and a touch of spice over honeyed fruit and a clean, nutty finish.
A natural partner for simple grilled fish, or well chilled on its own.
