A dry Verdicchio from Monte Schiavo in the Marche, from the single Coste del Molino vineyard on clay soils, hand-harvested and rested three to four months on fine lees.

Fresh and expressive, showing grapefruit, lime and honeyed orchard fruit over citrus, apple and ripe stone fruit, with a subtle mineral, saline edge and a crisp finish.

Made for seafood, grilled fish or a light salad.
