Amaluna Organic Sparkling Wine, DO Valle Casablanca NV

An organic Chilean sparkling from Emiliana, a pioneer of organic and biodynamic growing, from the cool Casablanca Valley. A traditional-method blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, hand-harvested and aged around six months on the lees.

Bright and elegant, showing pineapple, grapefruit and orchard fruit over a gentle biscuity note, fresh and balanced with a hint of apricot on the finish.

Pairs beautifully with shellfish, sushi or light dishes, or as an aperitif.
