Amaluna Organic Sparkling Wine, DO Valle Casablanca NV

Amaluna Organic Sparkling Wine, DO Valle Casablanca NV is an organic Chilean sparkling wine from Emiliana, one of the country’s leading pioneers in organic and biodynamic viticulture. Made in the cool-climate Casablanca Valley, it blends the classic sparkling varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 

The grapes are hand-harvested, chilled overnight and gently pressed before fermentation. The wine is left on its fine lees with regular bâtonnage to build texture, then undergoes a second fermentation in bottle using the traditional method, followed by around six months ageing on lees before disgorgement.

Bright and elegant, it has aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and orchard fruit, alongside gentle biscuity notes. The palate is fresh and balanced, with lively acidity and hints of apricot on the finish, making it an excellent aperitif or partner for shellfish, sushi and light dishes.
