G. Miclo Poire Williams Grande Réserve

A pear eau-de-vie from Distillerie G. Miclo in Alsace, made from Poire Williams pears, with around twenty-eight kilograms of fruit going into every bottle before ageing in the cellars to earn its Grande Réserve name. Showing ripe pear and pear skin over a touch of spice. Lovely chilled or neat as an aperitif or digestif, or in cocktails.
