Avallen is made from some forty varieties of apple grown in and around Normandy’s La Manche, fermented with wild yeast and left honest: no added sugar, no caramel colouring, no boisé. What you get is bright and approachable, all fresh apple and cider with a soft dusting of cinnamon and vanilla.
It is a certified B Corp and a member of 1% for the Planet, and it puts its weight behind the wild bees that pollinate those orchards.
