Ancho Reyes – Spicy Mexican Chile Liqueur

Ancho Reyes is a bold, flavour-packed Mexican liqueur made from poblano chilies. These chilies are dried in open air to become ancho chilies, then hand-selected based on size, colour, and humidity, before being macerated in neutral alcohol for six months.

Rich, warm, and gently smoky with notes of spice, cacao, and dried fruit, it adds depth and heat to cocktails.
