Boker's Bitters were among the most widely used bitters of the nineteenth century, named in the earliest cocktail books and in the first recorded Dry Martini, before the brand faded in the early twentieth century. Simon Difford worked with Bob's Bitters, one of Britain's most respected small-batch makers, to build this modern interpretation from historical research. Rich and complex with a distinctive finish, it suits spirit-forward drinks. Use it in place of an aromatic bitters like Angostura for something noticeably different, or in any recipe that calls for Boker's by name.
