A benchmark Grüner Veltliner from the Moser family in Austria's Kremstal, Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2006 and organic since 2009. Hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts, minimal intervention throughout.
Delicate and mineral, showing pear and the variety's classic white pepper over lemon, lime, grapefruit and a touch of apricot, with a steely, mineral backbone.
Made for schnitzel, roast chicken or lightly spiced dishes.
