A distinctive Barossa rosé from the family-run Charles Melton winery in Tanunda, named for Charlie Melton's wife, Virginia. Mostly Grenache with a little Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, cold-soaked on skins and fermented cool using only the free-run juice.
Deep pink and fuller in style, showing strawberry, raspberry and Turkish delight over a hint of peppery spice, dry and structured with crisp acidity.
Try it with charcuterie, grilled chicken or a summer salad.
