A de-alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc from Boutinot South Africa. It is made for "zebra striping", alternating between alcoholic and no-alcohol drinks through an evening.
The grapes come from vineyards across the Western Cape, where warm, sunny days meet cool coastal influences. Winemaker Ryno Booysen makes the wine first, then removes the alcohol with a spinning cone, taking it below 0.5% while keeping the varietal character.
Fresh and grassy, with green notes and bright, crisp acidity.
