Yaguara Organic Cachaça 70cl

An organic Brazilian cachaça from fifth-generation makers, distilled from hand-cut Java sugar cane crushed the same day and fermented with cultivated local yeasts. A blend of spirit rested eight months in steel with some aged five to six years in oak, giving a grassy, gentle character of chamomile, lemongrass, a little cane sweetness and peppery spice. Lovely in a Caipirinha.
