
Yaguara Organic Cachaça
Yaguara Cachaça is a spirt from Brazil, made by 5th generation cachaça makers from organically grown and hand-cut Java sugar cane, crushed to release its juice, 'garapa', on the same day it is cut. Cultivated local yeast strains are used to ferment the garapa.
It's a blend of distilled spirit rested in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of eight months with some aged in oak casks for 5 to 6 years. The two are blended to make Yaguara Cachaça.
Taste guide: grassy, chamomile, lemongrass with some peppery spice.
