A Scottish barley vodka blending two spirits distilled separately from heritage barley strains, Plumage Archer and Maris Otter, with the Plumage Archer leading the blend. It is made on the Bonnington Estate using the estate's own aquifer water. Showing baked apple, pear drops and cider over earthy baked potato skin and cracked black pepper. Distinctive and full-flavoured; best over ice or in a Martini.
