From the brand's home in Red Hook, Brooklyn, this signature bourbon combines the finest straight bourbons in small batches of only 5 barrels. Each batch is non-chill filtered and diluted to bottling strength using pure limestone mineral water, sourced from the Rosendale Mines in New York, resulting in a bourbon whiskey with great intensity and complexity.
