Strucchi Bitter Bianco

A luminous, straw-gold aperitivo bitter that trades the usual crimson for something brighter and more surprising. Citrus-forward, it is bittersweet with zesty grapefruit and mandarin.

Made in Piedmont by the Strucchi house, it is made from an infusion of 15 botanicals: hops and bitter orange for the bitterness, cardamom and liquorice for warmth, gentian, clary sage and galangal drawing out a long, floral finish. Developed with brand ambassador Leonardo Todisco, it was created as a genuinely different white bitter aperitivo.

It was made for the White Negroni, where it brings elegance and freshness while keeping the drink's bittersweet backbone. It is equally good lengthened with tonic or soda.
