Soumah of the Yarra Valley Hexham Pinot Noir

This award-winning wine is a classic, cool climate Pinot Noir. Being a really picky grape which doesn’t like the heat, only a few Australian regions can produce great Pinots, and the Yarra Valley is one of them.

A serious and elegant expression of a single vineyard Pinot Noir, this wine is super smooth with silky tannins and a long finish. Fermentation is kicked off using wild yeasts found naturally I the winery and on the grapes. The wine then spends time French oak to add a layer of earthy complexity.

Taste Guide: you’ll find aromas of juicy summer fruits on the nose with flavours of raspberries, red cherries and plum finished off with a crack of black pepper and spice on the palate.
