A taut, elegant Chenin Blanc from thirty- to forty-year-old bush vines on the Helderberg in Stellenbosch, cooled by ocean breezes. Long fermentation and extended lees contact give it a rounded mouthfeel.
Ripe and full-flavoured, showing stone fruit with notes of dried apricot and mango over a clean, fresh finish and good balancing acidity.
Made for roast chicken, creamy pasta or grilled pork.
