A bottled-in-bond rye in the old Pennsylvania style, made to a mashbill of 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% malted barley and bottled at a robust 50%. Though the label carries no age statement, bottled-in-bond rules mean it is at least four years old. Showing spicy, woody rye over creamy vanilla and ginger. A bartender's favourite that stands up in a Manhattan, Sazerac or Vieux Carré.
