Pierre Bourée Fils Bourgogne Pinot Noir

A classic, expressive Bourgogne Pinot Noir. Made from hand-harvested grapes from premier Burgundy parcels, this wine undergoes traditional winemaking with partial destemming, natural fermentation, and a vatting period of around 20 days. Aged in French oak—20–30% new—for a minimum of six months on the lees, it achieves classical structure and complexity.

Wonderfully pure and expressive flavours on the palate with mouthwatering acidity balancing the gentle, ripe tannins and savoury red fruit.
