The more approachable Nocturne from Julian Langworthy, decorated Margaret River winemaker, sitting alongside the single-vineyard Sheoak. Cabernet Sauvignon from the Sheoak Vineyard blended with Merlot and Malbec from a neighbouring estate for generosity and mid-palate weight. Minimal intervention, native yeasts, unfined.
Deep crimson and elegant, showing cassis and a hint of saline freshness over vibrant red fruit, medium-bodied with fine, firm tannins and a long, pure finish.
Pairs beautifully with roast lamb, grilled beef or a mushroom risotto.
