Montresor Satinato Amarone della Valpolicella

A contemporary, approachable Amarone from Montresor, in a striking black frosted bottle. Made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grown in the Valpolicella Classico zone, hand-picked and dried for four months, then fermented and aged two years in oak casks and small French barrels.

Rich and balanced, showing mocha and ripe plum on the nose over black cherry, damson and dark chocolate, finishing fresh with smooth tannins.

Stands up to red meats, game or hard cheeses, Parmesan especially.
