Le Riche Cabernet Sauvignon

From Le Riche, one of Stellenbosch's leading Cabernet specialists, blended from four diverse terroirs, the sandy gravel of Firgrove and Raithby, the granite of Jonkershoek, cool slopes facing False Bay and Stellenbosch's red soils, each block vinified separately and aged twelve months in French oak barriques.

Lithe and rich, showing cassis and black cherry on the nose over fresh blackcurrant, violet, cedar and spice, with fine tannins and a long finish.

Stands up to a rare steak, roast lamb or mature cheddar.
