A classic London Dry from the Hayman family, distilled with ten botanicals, juniper, coriander, nutmeg, cinnamon, angelica, orris, cassia, liquorice and Spanish orange and lemon peel, steeped in the pot still for a full day before distillation. Showing crystallised lemon and orange zest over camphor-rich juniper, with a rooty, earthy, bone-dry finish. A proper juniper-led gin for a classic G&T or Martini.
