Domaine des Tourelles White

One of Lebanon's oldest and most respected wineries, Domaine des Tourelles makes this white from Viognier, Chardonnay and Obeidi grown on gravelly limestone soils high in the western Bekaa Valley. Dry-farmed, hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, it's an honest, precise expression from a region better known for reds.

Subtle white peach and a delicate jasmine perfume lead in, with a textural, fresh palate of ripe peach and apricot, balanced by a fine backbone of minerality.

A natural match for grilled fish dressed in olive oil, lemon and garlic, tabbouleh, hummus, or pasta with roast Mediterranean vegetables.
