Château l’Ermite d’Auzan Gavroche Rouge

From young vines, averaging ten years old, in Rhône vineyards that look out over the Camargue. The grapes are chilled for three days after picking, then fermented naturally at controlled temperatures. Unoaked, for a crisp, fresh style. Organic.

Bright and easy-going, showing ripe raspberry, blackberry and redcurrant over juicy acidity and supple tannins. A summer red that takes well to a light chill.

Pairs beautifully with charcuterie, grilled vegetables or a summer salad.
