Made from the estate’s young vines, averaging 10 years old, situated in vineyards that overlook the Camargue. Post-harvest, the grapes undergo a three-day chilling period before undergoing a natural fermentation at carefully regulated temperatures.. Unoaked and with a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel.

Taste guide: mature raspberry, blackberry and redcurrant fruit, juicy acidity and supple tannins. A great summer red that can be served lightly chilled.
