Ancho Reyes Verde is a variant of the original Ancho Reyes chile liqueur. It is a Mexican herbal liqueur made using poblano chillies, which are air dried to become ancho chilies, then hand-selected based on size, colour, and humidity, before being macerated in neutral alcohol for six months.
