Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu Sake
Junmai Daiginjo Genshu is one of Akashi-Tai’s most iconic sakes. A medium dry sake combining the sweetness of the Yamadanishiki rice grain with one of the most uniquely full flavour ranges it balances greater strength with a robust and fruity finish. Only made in the winter months from the highest grade Yamadanishiki rice grown in Hyogo perfecture. A brewmaster watches over it for 3 days without sleeping to ensure the quality of the Sake.
