Pouilly Fume Les Loges Domaine des Rabichattes

Domaine des Rabichattes Pouilly-Fumé “Les Loges” is a Loire Valley white made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, grown around the village of Les Loges in Pouilly-sur-Loire. The wine is sourced from around thirty vineyard parcels with clay-limestone soils and Kimmeridgian marl, terroirs known for producing the mineral character typical of the appellation.

After fermentation, the wine spends several months ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks, helping to add texture while preserving the freshness and aromatic purity of the fruit. 

Bright and elegant in style, it shows classic Pouilly-Fumé notes of citrus, white flowers and subtle flinty minerality. Crisp and refreshing with a clean finish, it pairs particularly well with shellfish, grilled fish and goat’s cheese
