Monte Schiavo Coste del Molino Verdicchio Classico is a dry Italian white from the Marche region, made from 100% Verdicchio grown in the Coste del Molino vineyard near the estate winery. The vines are planted on clay soils at around 200 metres above sea level, with grapes hand-harvested to maintain freshness and quality.

Winemaking takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by 3–4 months ageing on fine lees before bottling. This process enhances texture and complexity while preserving the grape’s bright, clean character.

Fresh and expressive, it shows aromas of grapefruit, lime and honeyed orchard fruit, with flavours of citrus, apple and ripe stone fruit on the palate. A subtle mineral edge and touch of salinity give the wine depth and a crisp, refreshing finish, making it an excellent match for seafood, grilled fish and light salads.
