Somos Pecadores Espadín Joven Mezcal is an artisanal mezcal made from mature Espadín agave, traditionally roasted in an earthen pit oven. After cooking, the agave is crushed with a traditional tahona wheel, then fermented in open-top pine wood vats and double-distilled in copper stills.. Clean, vibrant, and beautifully smoky, it offers notes of roasted agave, citrus zest, white pepper, and gentle minerality.
